October has all of a sudden arrived and 2021 continues to fly by!

This means we really need to start thinking about 2022 and beyond – planning for what we would like to achieve with our businesses and putting in place measures to bring our goals to life, regardless of the uncertainty of these COVID times.

Here at Grow NZ, we are certainly hopeful that 2022 will be a much less eventful year on the pandemic front, as vaccination rates accelerate and we learn to live with COVID as safely as possible while enjoying as many freedoms as practical.

Over the coming weeks, we will be exploring some useful planning tools, identifying and managing potential headwinds and tailwinds to growth and digging deeper into the concept of the Business Model Canvas –  all to help us become as ready as possible to make those 2022 dreams come true.
