Coaching for Business Success

This is a 6 month program delivered via monthly one on one sessions and a group session via Zoom. Group numbers are limited to a maximum of 6 and are designed to share best practice and potential opportunities.

During the program you will have access to various tools, insights and networks provided by Grow NZ Business.

Objectives of the Program

l

Develop strategies to diversify and grow the business in terms of new markets, brand positioning and messaging, product/ service adaptation and delivery methods.

l

Build broader networks for best practice sourcing and problem-solving.

l

Adapting your business model and cash flow allocation for current operations and for new opportunities

l

Exploring the possibility of new segments and/or market capture in the face of potentially reduced competition.

l

Create winning strategies to take you the various phases of business maturation, and gain access to local and global partners to be successful beyond the current market disruption

l

Evaluate avenues and options available with a focus on profitable revenue growth, marketing and digital options to ensure your business survives and thrives.

There will be some required pre-work, an initial planning session and then a monthly coaching session of up to 1 hour per session, depending on business requirements and business complexity, over a 6-month period, including correspondence in between sessions.
